Welcome to Wolds Away

Here we are on top of the Wolds in a small village called Huggate which is about 20 miles east of York and 15 miles north of Beverley.

Our new lodges are now open and ready for you!

‘Wolds Away’ offers Luxury Lodges with hot tubs! Situated in our 3 acre paddock the lodges over look stunning views and offer a relaxed and comfortable environment. For anyone looking for Bed and Breakfast/Self Catering Accommodation on top of the Wolds this is an ideal stopping point.

Our modern luxurious accommodation situated amidst the beautiful landscape of the Yorkshire Wolds is ideally located for anyone wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire countryside. We are surrounded by many popular walks such as the picturesque Minster Way and the Yorkshire Wolds Way both of which pass close to the north side of the village. We are also lucky enough to be able to access many of the walks directly from our garden!

Huggate itself is the highest village on the Yorkshire Wolds and has fabulous views.  It is also well known as the setting for many of the famous David Hockney paintings.

Whether you are interested in a break away from the hustle and bustle of every day life or just want a bed for the night then our lodges on the Yorkshire Wolds might be the ideal 'home from home' for you.

Escape the ordinary and start enjoying unforgettable experiences with the ones who matter.
