Once upon a time, high up on the Yorkshire Wolds, lived a family and their three lovely lodges!

Tucked away in the peaceful village of Huggate, Wolds Away is the perfect place to slow down, switch off and soak up the stunning Yorkshire countryside. Each of our three cosy lodges has its own complimentary private hot tub, breathtaking views, crisp white bedding, fluffy towels and all the little comforts that make a getaway feel special.

Perched at the highest point on the Yorkshire Wolds, just 20 miles east of York and 15 miles north of Beverley, we're perfectly placed for exploring this beautiful corner of Yorkshire. With picturesque walks right on our doorstep, including the Yorkshire Wolds Way and Minster Way, you might even recognise a view or two from David Hockney's famous paintings!

 

Our lodges are self-catering, but if cooking isn't on your holiday wish list, why not take a short stroll to the village pub, The Wolds Inn, and tuck into one of their legendary steak pies?
